With the natural essential oils from Casse-Q, you can create scent blends that accompany, deepen, and harmoniously complete your practice. Today, we present three atmospheric scent combinations that are perfect for meditation, Pranayama (breathing exercises), and yoga rituals.

Ingredients:

  • 6 drops Eucalyptus – clear, expansive, invigorating
  • 4 drops Peppermint – fresh, focusing
  • 3 drops Lemon – bright and clarifying

Application:

  • 4–6 drops in a diffuser
  • Or 1–2 drops on a scent stone next to the yoga mat

"Stillness Within"

This combination supports centering and depth. Especially suitable for sitting meditations, gratitude rituals, or quiet mindfulness exercises.

Ingredients:

  • 6 drops Lavender – harmonizing, soft
  • 4 drops Frankincense – traditional in rituals, grounding
  • 2 drops Cedarwood or Swiss Pine (or another warm, woody oil) – calming, stabilizing

Application:

  • 4–8 drops in a diffuser
  • Alternatively as a gentle scent roll-on (diluted with carrier oil)
