Our essential ginger oil (Zingiber officinale) brings pure energy in a bottle. Its characteristically spicy, warm scent with a lightly pungent, woody-citrus nuance creates an invigorating atmosphere.
The oil is obtained by steam distillation of the fresh rhizomes – the underground stem commonly called “ginger root”. Around 50 kilograms of rhizome yield only about half a kilogram of essential oil, which explains its intense character.
This oil is traditionally valued for its warm, spicy fragrance character – a real all-rounder for aromatherapy.
