Correct handling is essential for a safe and effective infusion. Essential oils must never be dripped neat directly onto the hot sauna stones, as this can cause smoke or ignition.

Instead, stir about three to five drops of the 100% pure oil per litre of cold water in the infusion bucket. Finely distributed in the infusion water, the oil evaporates gently with the steam.
